It is rightly said by Prof. (Dr.) Ranbir Singh, “the Bar has, in all the ages and countries, gradually fascinated the ambitious and the adventurous and it has thrown up or produced, relatively speaking, the largest number of great men in public life and the leaders for the battle of freedom. It has been the nursery of great judges, orators, statesmen, and even revolutionaries […] the history of our own independence movement, if impartially written, will devote more pages to lawyers than to any other vocation.”
We, at Shankarrao Chavan Law College Pune, provide excellent facilities that are in tune with intensive academic instructions. Academic integrity, coupled with innovative pedagogy, creates a motivating atmosphere for developing a holistic perspective. We intend to facilitate training which caters to the present needs of students. By crossing the barriers cum traditional methods of teaching-learning, we give maximum exposure to students, which is the need of our times.
