Objectives:
- To enhance the professional development and growth opportunities for faculty members.
- To recognize and reward faculty excellence in teaching, research, and service.
- To promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- To provide mechanisms for faculty input and involvement in institutional decision-making processes.
- To ensure transparency and fairness in faculty evaluations, promotions, and tenure processes.
Composition: (A.Y. 2022-23 to 2024-25)
In order to streamline these assistance initiatives, a mechanism has been set up by the college in terms of the constitution of “Research Assistance Committee”.
