Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s SCLC National Journal of Contemporary Issues is an annual; double-blind peer reviewed national journal with Registration No. MAHENG/2022/82222 (ISSN Applied), with Editorial Board of National Editorial Members & Students of Research & Publication Wing of MM SCLC, under the flagship of MM’s SCLC CARPEL (Centre for Academic Research, Publication & E-Content in Law), invites scholarly, original, unpublished articles / case comments for its Volumes from law students pursuing 5 year law course, 3 year law course or post-graduation in law only as this is purely student edition to inculcate research skill among students. (For Academicians, Professionals and Research Scholars we publish separate annual, double-blind peer reviewed international journal having with title ‘Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s SCLC Law Review’)

Articles shall have word limit 5000-7000 (including footnotes) accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 300 words.
Case Comments shall have word limit 2000-2500 (including footnotes).
All works must be original and unpublished; Plagiarized (Above 15%) and AI generated manuscripts will be rejected. The decision on the acceptance of the manuscript for publication vests with the Editorial Board which is final. The decision of acceptance / acceptance with changes / rejection of the manuscript will be communicated to the contributor within a month from the Last date of submission, after double blind peer reviewed process. The paper must be accompanied with the Plagiarism Report through your respective institution (Urkund / Turnitin / Any other if subscribed at your institution).
Last Date for Submission is December 30th every year
The journal will not be having e-copy publication as the ISSN is for Print Only. There is NO publication and processing fee, however author/s have to purchase the print copy at ₹ 350 (including postal charges & Taxes)

• Format of file shall be Microsoft Office Word Document in compatible mode (.doc)
• All submissions must be accompanied with a cover letter stating –
  Name of the author(s), Course & Year, Institutional affiliation, Contact number, e-mail id, Title of the paper
• The cover letter should state that the article is original and has never appeared in any other publication.
• The main body of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman style, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing and footnotes should be in Times New Roman Style, font size 10, with 1.0 line spacing. All headings must be in Upparcase & Bold with English numbers as numbering (1. INTRODUCTION, 2. CONCEPT,..). All subheadings must be in Capitalize each word & Bold with lowercase roman numbers as numbering (i. Legislation, ii. Precedents,…).
• The citation rule must be followed according to The Bluebook Style of Citation, 20th Edition.
• Authorship may be extended maximum up to two authors.
