The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outline the wish of Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune and Indo- European Education Foundation (IEEF), Warsaw, Poland with objective to develop academic collaborations with India, Poland Germany and other European (European Union) Universities, industries based on specific research projects.

Academia-Industry Experience in the European Union -AIEEU
In the academic year 2023-24 MM’s Shakarrao Chavan Law College in collaboration with Indo European Education Foundation, Poland organized the Academia-Industry visit. Six Students Ms Nehaarika Belsare, Ms Abhilasha Mahajan, Mr Sangram Shinde, Mr Abhishek Jagtap, Mr Kshitij Kulkarni, Mr Shivam Baravkar and two faculty members Dr. Bhagwan Gawali and Dr. Purva Kartik visited University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland, Hochschule Mittweide University of Applied Sciences Germany, International Criminal Court (ICC) Netherland and International Courts of Justice, Netherland. Students and faculty had the opportunity to observe, discuss and compare civil law with the common law. The meeting with the Civil Administrative Court in Nysa, Poland and Federal Administrative Court, Leipzig, Germany was enriching. With the academic discussions, students participated in various activities and shared cultural practices. The program was designed for the holistic development of the students and faculty.

Industry Academia Visit to Europe (Poland, Germany and Prague)
Team SCLC i.e. Principal Dr. Kranti Deshmukh, Dr Revati Naik faculty, Aditya Patankar (student of B.A.LL.B First year) and Abilasha Mahajan (student of B.A.LL.B. II year) participated in 10 days Blended Intensive Program 2023 (Industry Academia Visit), at Nysa University of Applied Sciences, Poland & Mittweida University, Germany conducted in collaboration with Indo European Education Foundation, Poland. This unique interactive program was organized by Indio European Education Foundation with an aim to bring students from all around the world onto a single platform. The goal was to address legal issues in the contemporary connected world and in this program team SCLC got the opportunity to represent the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
In this programme Dr. Kranti Deshmukh and Dr. Revati Naik delivered the sessions, students gave presentations and participated in various activities. Participation in this programme was an enriching opportunity to interact with international experts also paved ways for future interactions and collaboration, explore new culture and places. It also enabled the students to perceive the holistic view of the world as a bigger picture, to brake various barriers of language, culture and religion so as to unite all under a single community identity, aiming to achieve the goal of universal global citizenship.
