Institutional efforts in providing an inclusive environment are mainly reflected in Vision & Mission, admission policies, recruitment policies, curricula of the institute and overall eco-system which provides a conducive environment for tolerance and harmony towards cultural, regional, linguistic, communal and other diversities. The vision & mission of the institute is Welfare of masses & Quality Legal Education for Masses. The word “Masses” is inclusive in nature and prohibits any form of discrimination on any of the ground.

Admission policies of the institute are as per rules & regulations of the authorities and strictly prefers merit based admissions. Policies of the institute are at par with the policies of the University and the State Government which are inclusive in nature and accommodates students with diverse backgrounds, Special seats are reserved for socially & economically weaker section students, Other states students, Physically Handicapped students, students from defence background, special seats for girl students to encourage women empowerment. Such admission policies provide equal opportunity to students from diverse backgrounds to pursue their education under the umbrella of the institute.

Recruitment policy of the institute emphasis on scholars, meritorious candidates from all over India. Hence staff of the institute are from different cultures, regions and most importantly with varied social & economic backgrounds. Since institutes have staff with diverse backgrounds, all festivals and days are celebrated by all staff members with respect.

Institute as a whole promotes humanity, tolerance, harmony and accordingly many events are conducted to inculcate such values among students by way of expert lectures, seminars, field work, theme-based competitions. The college has constituted vibrant cells which are active in promoting these values.
