SUBJECTS FOR THE FIVE YEARS LAW COURSE

The College follows a unique teaching methodology wherein the classes are mostly discussion session. The students are encouraged to participate actively in the delineation of matter under study. The students are taught intelligent use of library resources and the internet. This is followed by a guidance for the project work which is essential for the students to learn the various approaches to problem solving techniques, gathering information, style of legal writing, skills of argumentation and presentation and study of law through cases. The students are introduced to Moot Court, Mock Trials, Court visits and Legal Aid Support Services.

The college is affiliated to the University of Pune. Following are the subjects offered by the University and we provide the same. The syllabus is subject to change as and when notified by the University of Pune or Bar Council of India.
